Founded by Mike Gloyne, British Triathlon Association Coach, Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist with over 10 years of race and coaching experience. If you want to race faster, recover from pain / injury or want to prioritise your health and fitness then we can help you achieve those objectives.
We are dedicated to helping you be the best that you can be at your chosen sport. We have significant experience in coaching and specialise in Triathlon. As competitive athletes we understand the demands of competition and that helps us make you a better athlete.
We don’t just train athletes. If you want to get fit, improve your health and fitness or be more active then we can help as we are trained professionals in sports therapy, mobility, yoga and personal training.

Our philosophy is to provide you with a holistic approach to health & fitness. Whatever your current level, if you want to lose weight, get fit, or even compete in an event (e.g. Ironman) then we can help you. As a Triathlon Coach, Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach we are perfectly equipped to help you get results. Healing, recovery and injury prevention is also a big part of what we do. Our Sports Massage Therapy and Mobility coaching is essential to help keep you in shape and injury or pain free.
