Post-Race Massage
You raced hard, and now your body is tired. To help with your recovery we recommend our post-race massage treatment. Much like the pre-race treatment this is a less intense massage, and it should be carried out immediately or within 48 hours of your race or event to ensure you gain the maximum benefit.
Like many competitors, you want to get back to training and racing so by having this treatment it will aid and speed up the recovery process.

If you have raced, then your body is going to be fatigued and you are likely to suffer from DOMS. These symptoms can be lessened or removed by having this treatment close to when you finish your competition. Therefore, timing is key to get the maximum benefit so book your recovery session in advance to make sure you don’t miss out.
This treatment will last 60 to 90 mins depending upon your needs and is designed to help your body relax and recover quicker from physical activity.
As always it is recommended that immediately after your treatment you drink plenty of fluids and refrain from undertaking high intensity physical activity. Although given that you have just raced, we would sincerely hope that you take recovery seriously to ensure your body can get back to normal in the shortest possible time.
